The word said after start must match an executable file name. And, that file must be located in a directory specified in the path environment variable. The file name must not contain any spaces or special characters. Put batch or script files in a directory specified in the path environment variable to perform custom magic of your liking. For example, you could create a batch file called movies.bat that starts your favourite media player and loads your favourite movies playlist. To use it with a voice command, say start movies. See netflix.bat for another example.
